Remote Support

If you have an urgent need and simply don’t have enough time to schedule an on-site visit with us, give Ascendion IT Solutions Remote Support a try. You’ll be surprised at how much we can get done remotely.

How does it work?

You begin the process by calling us and requesting IT support. We’ll provide you with a code that you can then enter at Ascendion’s Connectwise Support Portal to begin your remote support session.

Once we have finished working, the only remaining step is to close the Connectwise remote support application.

What if I need support on my mobile device?

We can do that too! Remote support clients vary by device, but are available for Android and some iOS devices. Please contact us for more information.
